MJ has no use in control of Ocular Inflammatory Disease according to C Stephen Foster MD at the Ocular Inflammatory Disease and Uveitis Foundation in Boston, MAss and Harvard University Medical School.
It might help with the migrane headaches. if you smoked enough you wouldn't give a hoot ;-)
