History of iritis starting in 1976 and 6 re-occurrences between 1976 and 1993 in which a cataract formed and artificial lens implanted in 1993. Latency from 1993 to 2015. Loss of 30% vision by the time of latency. Big re-occurrence in 2015 from an exhaustive trip to Europe and then several re-occurrences in last two years. Insertion of Ahmed glaucoma valve in 2015 for severe glaucoma and gradual loss of approx. 80% of vision due to repeated inflammation; enlarged irregular pupil; on Durezol for 2 years non-stop at various doses. Opth. said she couldn't treat me any longer. I need a sub-specialist in iritis. I would also need to replace the lens as it is loosing and is "hanging by threads". Once it breaks off it will swim in vitreous.
