New anterior uveitis case

Trying hard to come to terms with this diagnosis. Bilateral autoimmune anterior uveitis is my understanding of my symptom of the disease which is still undiagnosed and may never be? 2 months of severe eye pain and headaches along with heart palpitations and fatigue. Maybe AS so xrays today of low back. Incurable and lifelong recurrent ocular inflammation? Drops help but tried to stop and came right back. Maybe chronic? Feel so lost and helpless...
