IL23R,ARTS1 genes and autoimmune disease

the IL23R and ARTS1 genes have been linked to 4 major disorders, Ankylosing spondylitis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosis, Crohn's disease and multiple sclerosis;
the IL23R gene regulates both pro inflammatory cytokines IL23 and IL17 found in the ocular fluid in some uveitis patients but especially in Behcet's disease.
