the antibody RO 52 has been linked to tansverse myelitis often called spinal multiple sclerosis.
this antibody can appear in the mixed connective tissue disease processes which an appear along with uveitis. it is seen frequently in Sjogren's syndrome and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
