Iritis & Anaemia any link???

Is there any link between Iritis and Anaemia??

anemia can be a consequence of many disease processes including those that might cause bleeding. if you can find out why you are anemic then I might be able to tell you if there is s relationship to iritis or other form of uveitis.

hi i am anaemic because im pregnant with twins , does this help ?

That wouldn't in itself be a cause of iritis. often iritis during the first trimester of pregnancy can be very stubborn. corticosteroids both topical and injected to tissue surrounding the eye are used to quell the inflammation. once the babies are born, in some cases it can return and can be very stubborn again. I suggest that you get an uveitis specialist involved in your care if possible. not just a regular opthalmologist or retina specialist. there is a list of these rare specialists available at http://www.uveitis.org in the patient information section of the site.
