I don't know if there is a difference between the two.
the steroids could be causing allot of your side effects.

I wish it was 'steroid' keeping me up. I've been waking at about 3AM with muscle cramping and pain from my back radiating into my legs, calfs and feet. then I can't go back to sleep, so I get up and stay up.
