M Bovis has appeared as a major cause of TB in The Southern California area. unpasturized Dairy products from Mexico seems to be the primary cause in mostly Mexican immigrants. an outbreak in New York City was also caused by unpasturized Cheese brought into the USA. Dairy cattle from Baha, Cal are chronically infected with M Bovis.

TB can cause uveitis including Pars Planitis.
