enthesis occurs where tendons attach to bone, Plantar fascititis is one example. this link talks about Psoriatic arthritis often confused with Rheumatoid arthritis and the spondlyloarthropathies with photos of Sciatic joints, sturnum and feet.

enthesis is common wth HLA B27 related arthritis
