Has anyone ever recognized a similar trigger to recurring outbreaks?
Specifically, has anyone ever noticed stress to be a factor?

yes,
many people have a recurrence of uveitis as well as other autoimmune disease processes from stressful situations. things like a loss of a job, spouse, car accident or illness can do this.
