Has the possibility of P. acnes or S. epidermidis endophthalmitis been discussed as a possible cause of your chronic post operative uveitis? It just seems too curious that your problem should begin de novo following your cataract surgery, and chronic infection with those two microbes is a notorious cause of such a situation. The diagnosis typically requires surgery, with both culture (especially anaerobic) and PCR analyses of the material that is removed for analysis.
