HLA B27 Nightshades and Immune enhancing herbs
After test confirmation of HLA B27 gene, subsequent to iritis, I found information that eliminating the nightshade foods, which include tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers, paprika, cayenne and tobacco can reduce the inflammation aggravation arthritis and iritis. This worked for me and hopefully others.

Along with the elimination of nightshade foods, eliminating immune enhancing or stimulating herbs has shown good results for prevention of my particular iritis.
