Blau syndrome diagnostic criteria

discusses NOD2 gene in Blau syndrome as well as other gentics.
blau syndrome is a form of juvenile Sarcoidosis with vascular disease, posterior and anterior uveitis, arthritis and sometimes lung involvement.
it can be very difficult to treat with bilateral pan uveitis present,

this also links to a registry for the NOD2 gene for this form of childhood sarcoidosis and increases symptoms to be considered for diagnosis
