above is a link to Walmart and their 4 dollar prescription plan.
on the list of anti inflammatory pain meds, Voltaren in listed as well as other things like Naprosyn in various strenghts. you could get your primary care physician to prescribe and you could then fill out the paperwork to qualify for the plan. monitoring for possible side effects would need to be done routinely as taken over time they can effect the kidneys, liver and heart (so can other non prescription strenth NSAIDS OTC)

steroid eyedrops are not included in this program but Oral steroids are and if needed you could save allot of money by getting the stuff through this program.
if glaucoma should occur, they do have Timolol available and other glaucoma meds.

some of our members also have Cholesterol, Blood pressure problems, Diabetes, thyroid disease etc which have drugs listed as well really cheap at 4$

here is the link to Target Corp. online 4 dollar prescription plan.
Under ARTHRITIS, it lists Indomethacin which works well. Also Diclofenac which is Voltaren which can work too.

there are 4 dollar prescriptions for prescription strength stomach upset stuff to available.

if DMARD drugs are needed, those can be gotten through the prescription drug assistance programs of various Pharmaceutical Companies, there is a link to the in our ANNOUNCEMENTS section.

Please refrain from posting the 'footer' with the legal attachment. it is not appropriate and you will be banned from this site if it continues. this site is for helping people with a very serious eye disease process that causes blindness if not treated properly. please remove the footer from you question.

if one is low income and has no drug insurance, these companies have developed a list of drugs that can be purchased for the co pay amounts here in the USA. these are generic drugs of equal potency to the original drugs. the list doesn't include drugs still under patent (17 years here in the USA).

all drugs have safety issues. a risk to benefit analysis from using or not using the prescibed medication is made by you and your doctor prior to getting a prescription. MANY individuals who come here have no insurance. sadly many drugs people need to treat uveitis are not available on this list but it can save people allot of money if a generic drug can be substituted for a brand name drug.

wish you the best,
Mike
