Allergy and uveitis

often members complain of seasonal allergy along with Uveitis.
as a trigger for RENEWED inflammation it is possible through interleukin 17 an inflammatory cytokine found in many autoimmune disease processes including uveitis (Iritis is anterior uveitis). some indicate that their bouts of uveitis always come in MAY or some other month .
this is NOT to say that allergy CAUSED the uveitis initially but that it can allow it to return,
