Granulomatus diseases of the head and neck

this includes swelling of the neck, not just the open sores normally associated with 'granulomas'. Many of the disease processes taht do cause these open sore type granulomas are mentioned as well.
of particular note is a form of Sarcoidosis that presents without lung involvement known as Hereford's disease which causes ear, sinus and eye involvement. Lupus is mentioned in depth as well.

many of these diseases can cause ocular inflammatory disease to occur both inside the eye and externally as well.
