often cataract surgery will trigger renewed inflammation as it is trauma to the eye which is the most common cause of this.
were you treated with Durezol pre and post op to help lessen the inflammatory response to trauma>

have you developed any other long term consequences to iritis such as glaucoma, Cystoid Macular edema, vascularization of the retina, epiretinal membrane formation etc?

are you under the care in an expert in diagnosis and treament of Uveitis, (iritis is also known as anterior uveitis).
