$4 prescription plans for non insured individuals

I have started a thread on 4 dollar prescriptions with Walmart, Target,CVS and Kroger listed links. I don't know of other chain stores with this plan so if anyone knows of additional ones, please provide us a link in the thread above as well as in this one.

only certain conditions are covered,
ankylosing spondylitis is covered
individuals may earn up to 400% of the federal poverty level and still get some help

Kroger has Pediapred, an ORAL pred formula for children.
I've only seen it availbe through their plan
