Has anyone tried intra-ocular methotrexate injections for uveitis treatment? I read about this approach recently - it makes sense to me to place the methotrexate where it is needed vs. sending it throughout the entire body. Not sure of risk vs. benefit ... comments welcome!!

Hi Don - thanks for sharing your experience. I just had my shot yesterday. The anticipation was worse than the actual injection. My eye is red and sore today, but I think it is helping the iritis. Too early to tell I suppose.
