Hello everyone like to say thank you for the add. I had my first experience with uveitis in October 2016 and a painful experience that was. I was fortunate enough to have a good dr that sent me to the eye specialist right away and was quickly seen and caught early. I just had my second attack this summer and was treated again. Now Iam experiencing severe dry eyes and on restasis as other moisture drops didn't work. My eyes became severely itchy and had light sensitivity and figured I was having another uveitis attack but it was just severe dry eyes. I have been checked for AS as well other autoimmune diseases and all negative which Iam grateful for. But my question is does severe dry eyes come along with uveitis? Thank you
