My name is Tonya and I am 37 years old. I am married with two wonderful teenagers. I have been diagnosed with Uveitis within the past 6 months. I currently see a Dr who specializes in this disease. He is checking me for everything u can think of. I am having terrible flare up in both eyes!! I really would like to hear from someone.who understands what I'm going through. I'm missing a lot of work and have considered disability. Please help!!!!

I think I posted to you at the Inspire eye disease forum. I moderate this forum and a couple of forums for the Ocular immunology and uveitis Foundation too.
I believe you are seeing a very good specialist in Columbus, Ohio if I recall correctly.

I can empathize with you as I am partially blind from a corticosteroid only approach to treatment.
