We live near Penn Yan, NY, in the Finger Lakes region, I bet the nearest specialist is in Rochester or Syracuse Incentally, my husband was presribed oral prednisone and I encouraged him to take ibuprofen too. He has had some blood work done to test for rheumatoid arthritis, ( several years ago) but I don't remember which tests. I do know they were negative for rheumatoid arthritis Thank you for your information and support! Molly
