I just recovered from my first case of iritis, which occurred in both eyes, when it spread into the other eye I was tested for HLA B27 and today I found out that I am HLA B27+. I'm not sure what this means? They said I would be prone to a form of arthritis and that I might have recurrent iritis. Are...
